1. Beta Program Overview

Welcome to the Idem Beta Program. By participating in this beta program, you agree to test our AI-powered project management platform and provide feedback to help us improve the service before its general release.

2. Beta Software Nature

You acknowledge and understand that the beta software:

Is pre-release software that may contain bugs, errors, and defects
May not function as intended or may fail to function at all
May cause system crashes, data loss, or other issues
Is provided for testing and evaluation purposes only
May have limited features compared to the final release
Is subject to significant changes without notice

3. Usage Limitations and Restrictions

3.1 Beta Access Limitations

Beta access is limited and may be revoked at any time
Usage quotas and rate limits may apply

7. Beta Program Duration and Termination

The beta program:

Has no guaranteed duration and may end at any time
May be terminated by either party without notice
Will automatically end upon general release of the software
May result in loss of access to beta features and data

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the beta software and delete any downloaded materials.

8. No Warranty and Liability Limitations

11. Transition to General Release

When the software transitions to general release:

Beta access will automatically terminate
You may need to create a new account for the production version
Beta data may not be migrated to the production system
New terms of service will apply to the production version
Pricing and feature availability may change
